Her background includes specialized recruitment, employee relations, career transition consulting, and training development and facilitation. She has designed and delivered training on topics including psychological safety, leading with emotional intelligence, essential skills for career success, and building the foundation for a healthy work environment.

Diane supports industry leaders with practical strategies and tools to navigate complex workplace challenges, strengthen team dynamics, and foster environments where people can thrive.
